Heat transfer of insulation structure for large cryogenic wind tunnel

چکیده

In order to maintain the cryogenic environment of wind tunnel in service, heat transfer insulation structure is investigated this work. Firstly, design and material selection conducted. Afterwards, theoretical calculation on carried out based 1-D conduction model. Subsequently, finite element model established, basis, involving actual work condition tunnel, numerically calculated. Finally, testing platform able simulate built temperature measurement experiments at pressure are out, respectively. The obtained results show that designed possession great characteristics ensure tunnel. Additionally, established can provide a method investigate character other materials or structures environment.
